At Carpet N Tile Cleaning Equipment, your satisfaction is our priority. While most parts sales are final, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. We are committed to making this process as straightforward as possible. However, please note that certain items, such as batteries, specialized electronic parts, custom orders, items delivered outside the United States, and items shipped to freight forwarders, are non-returnable.

If an exception is made to accept a return, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. To initiate a return, please submit your request within 30 days of the product’s shipment, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition. We are here to ensure that the process is handled with care and transparency.
